William Slade
ex-military mercenary. Mysterious past, and apparently partially infected by slag
Little is know of Slade's past. He has admitted to working as a mercenary for S.M.I.T.E, though his affiliation was short-lived and he eventually attempted to sabotage the organization with his partner Dawson. In his later efforts to stop S.M.I.T.E's master plan, he became partially infected while cocooned by a slag clod.
Using his growing partial connection to the hive mind, Slade lead the gang to a slag clod on Krozox. It is here he appeared to fully mutate during an effort to destroy the clod. His current status and location are unknown, though it is believed that he fully mutated before while killing the clod. He is presumed dead.
